I haven't posted much about deals lately because I haven't been doing the coupon shopping like in the past few years. Call it using what we have, burn-out, or whatever. I haven't seen too many deals worth my time.
However...
I had $10 in ECB's that expired soon, so I HAD to make a trip to CVS. At first I didn't think there was much to be had, but I did ok.
I had to rethink my plan of attack because I scanned my card and got one of those elusive $10 off $50 purchase. It had an expiration of just a few days away and I knew I wouldn't make it back before then, so. . .
Here's what I got:
8 pack of Dial bar soap $3.99 - .35 mc get $1 ecb
Kotex products $3 each - 2 $1.00/1 mc - Buy 2 get $2 ecb
Johnson & Johnson lotion $3.99 - $2.00 mc
Schick Quattro Razor $7.99 - $4 mc - Get $3.00 ecb
Crest Pro Health toothpaste $2.99 - .75 mc - Get $2 ecb
Purex 3 in 1 laundry kit $6.99 - $2.00 mc - Get $2 ecb
CVS 3 pk toothbrushes $2.99 - $2 ecb
4 Sally Hansen nail products B1G1 50% off - used 2 B1G1F mc
Total before coupons $74.77
After manufacturer coupons, $10 off $50, and $10 ecb's used $15.35 oop. And I got back $12 in ecb's.
