Free Homeschool Curriculum and Student or Teacher ID Card

Are you thinking about summer learning?

Recently I discovered Homeschool Buyers Co-Op.  There are so many resources for the beginner to the veteran homeschooler.

Here is a whole page of free curriculum and other resources to use in your homeschooling.  Many would be great to use over the summer.

Homeschool Buyers Co-Op also allows you to make and print out your own Homeschool ID card - for free! A teacher and/or student ID card allows you to get an additional educator's discount at many retail stores, including Barnes & Noble, Jo-Ann's, Office Max, and Office Depot.

The ID card may also be useful if you live in an area that is "not homeschooling friendly."  You know where children are out on school days and may be questioned by authorities as to why they are not in school. . .

They also have a section called Money Tips.  After all, who knows how to stretch a dollar more than a homeschooling mom.  Many of us manage on only one income in this two income world.

Has anyone else come across any good sites lately?  Please share.
